How to do the border of hover with Images?

Haha,I've been doing the blog tutor more than 2 okay,its been tiring my both hands keep typing...LOL,but anyway just do it.....
HOW to do the border of hover with images?
Okay its just easy and its TOO EASY okay,lets see how it works.

First step you need to do is-->
Design-->Edit HTML
Okay when you came into the HTML code you need to search this code:

If is already you need to copy this code -->

border-top: 3px solid #000000;

border-left: 3px solid #000000;

border-right: 3px solid #000000;

border-bottom: 3px solid #000000;

Okay the Red one you need to change if you want the border of radius being thicker,HAHa,okay
And the Orange is the type of border ,you can changed it by CLICKING HERE.
The Blue one is the the color code of it....Took your FAV color!! at HERE

Lastly ,you've got it YAY,wish you could DONE IT WELL!Not yet noet yet,we still have left down one more steps!

After copying the border what what what codes then add this and press ENTER then paste this code

background:url(YOUR Image URL);

background-position:bottom center;

background-repeat:repeat;

Red font color need change yourS photo URL link~
And its done!!!WOHOOO,make sure you'd follow the steps~
